Ripple’s push into corporate treasury management is giving XRP a fresh institutional use case, after the company said it had bought GTreasury, a treasury management systems provider, for $1bn in October 2025. Ripple said the deal is intended to fold digital assets such as XRP and RLUSD into existing finance workflows, allowing companies to manage liquidity and cross-border payments with more of the infrastructure they already use.

The company has also been promoting Ripple Treasury, an enterprise platform designed to bring digital asset functions into day-to-day corporate cash management. According to Ripple, the system is aimed at treasurers that want real-time visibility over both fiat and crypto balances, as firms increasingly look for ways to improve liquidity and capital use.

Against that longer-term institutional backdrop, AlphaPepe is pitching a very different kind of crypto narrative: a shorter, retail-focused presale built around its planned AlphaSwap decentralised exchange. The project says AlphaSwap will use AI-driven pre-swap analysis and charge a 0.3% fee, with the token, ALPE, expected to list in the second quarter of 2026.

AlphaPepe says the presale has now passed $940,000 and attracted more than 7,900 holders, while other project updates have put the figure above $960,000. The company also says Stage 14 is priced at $0.01570, with a public demo of AlphaSwap already released. It has pointed to a BlockSAFU audit and a developer linked to the team that helped scale Shibarium as part of its case for credibility, though, as with any presale, the claims should be weighed carefully against the risks of early-stage crypto investing.
